Our Team

Carrie Gebhard

  • Carrie Gebhard is our Billing Coordinator. She has been working in the dental field for over 20 years. Carrie can help you with all your billing and scheduling needs. She can discuss financing options with you, set up appointments for you and answer any insurance or billing questions you may have.
     
  • Carrie and her son Frankie live in Bel Air. Carrie enjoys photography and painting in her free time. She and Frankie also enjoy fishing and camping.

Nadine Alam

  • Nadine, our dental receptionist, joined our office in Summer 2022. She graduated Culinary School, Hudson County Community College in May of 2012 - with a love of cooking and baking. Nadine moved to MD in 2019 with her husband and turtle (Sheldon). She loves spending her free time out exploring with her husband or at home watching new tv shows and movies together. They also enjoy cooking, and trying new foods, as she is a total foodie.

Starr Downing

  • Starr graduated the Dental Hygiene program at BCCC in 2011. She began her dental career at a pediatric office- giving her expertise in being both gentle and efficient.
  • During quarantine Starr developed a love for both yoga and meditation. Her calm and friendly nature is sure to put any of your dental anxiety at ease.
  • When she isn’t at work, she can be found exploring the town of Bel Air with her wife and their two daughters.

Mindy Armstrong

  • As a child Mindy collected her baby teeth to play with and was reluctant to hand them over to the tooth fairy: dentistry was sure to be in her future. Mindy started her career as a Dental Assistant in 1993. Having discovered her love of working with patients she decided to continue her education and became a Dental Hygienist in 2005, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Allegany College of Maryland. Mindy was also class president and recipient of the Student Leadership Award.
  • Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and blended family of 5 boys ages 10-17. In her spare time Mindy volunteers alongside her husband in many different community projects including a summer day camp for the Cub Scouts. She has been known to throw on her old Roller Derby skates and roll around for fun. Her hobbies include crafting many types of projects from wood to lamps, drawing and designing logos, photography and loves a good organizing project

Veronica Wright

  • Veronica is a dental hygienist who has worked in the dental field for the past 10 years. She started her career here at Oasis Dental as a dental assistant. In the pursuit to continue her education she graduated from the CCBC Dental Hygiene program in 2023 and was the recipient of the Clinical Excellence Award. She has the drive to deliver top notch patient care in a gentle and kind manner.
  • In her free time she enjoys crafting sourdough bread, bowling on a league with her husband and taking their dog, Eva, for scenic strolls. Veronica is also the secretary of CCBC's Dental Hygiene Alumni Association where she helps dental hygienists stay connected and up to date on the latest research.

Donna Wills

  • Donna is a Dental Hygienist with 29 years of experience. She started her dental career as a Dental Assistant in 1986, worked for four years and realized that she wanted more time educating patients while treating them. She graduated from CCBC in 1992. Donna has been married for 36 years and has twins who are 23 years old. She enjoys spending time with family, hiking, biking and resting her toes in the sand. She hopes to see you soon!

Paige LaPorta

  • Paige is a new graduate from the Community College of Baltimore County’s dental assisting program. She loves working with people and is passionate about helping and connecting with patients. She has always wanted to be in the health field and is excited to begin her dental career with the Oasis team. She has two dogs, Chopper and Aries and enjoys spending time with them, exercising and traveling.

Myles Holliday

  • Myles is our lead assistant. He graduated from Fortis Institute in December of 2018. He is a certified Dental Assistant and has his Expanded Functions license.
  • Myles likes to spend time with friends, try new restaurants, and he loves being near the water whether it be on a beach or boating with close friends

Kelly Klipa

  • Kelly loves to run and most days you can find her on the trails or running somewhere in Harford county. She lives in Aberdeen with her daughter Lily and her 2 rescue dogs Primrose and Aspen. She also has 2 cats and a Guinea pig. Kelly volunteers with House of Hope animal rescue. They foster dogs and she is an adoption coordinator. Herself and Lily love hiking, going to the beach and spending time with family and friends.
